RCCU was founded as the charitable arm of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, the Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. The organization provides programs and services to UPLIFT the community through scholarship, education and community service.

Soror EARNESTINE LIVINGSTON
PRESIDENT

Earnestine Livingston is a Senior Quality Analyst at JPMorgan Chase Bank.  She is the first President of Rho Chi Community UPLIFT, Incorporated and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for over 38 years.  Currently, she oversees the community service projects for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Chi Zeta Chapter, seated in Chester, Pennsylvania.  Earnestine is a passionate community advocate and assists with the social and economic development throughout Delaware County.


Soror Kalimah z. WHite, ESQ
vice PRESIDENT

Kalimah Z. White, Esquire is a Wealth Strategist at TD Bank. She is a frequent speaker and author regarding trust, estate, and tax law issues. Kalimah is a proud 29-year member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated and a charter member of Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. Kalimah is dedicated to community service and is an active Board member of:  Rho Chi Community Uplift, Incorporated; Prosperity For All, LLC; Association of Black Estate Planning Professionals (ABEPP); Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County.


Soror Dr. Stephanie R. Allen
SECRETARY

Dr. Stephanie R. Allen was born in Massachusetts, but raised in Kimberton, PA. She is a two-time graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and received her doctorate degree from Widener University. She is employed by The Baldwin School. Dr. Allen is extremely passionate about service to her community and uplifting others during difficult times. She is a proud member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, the Remarkable Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. In addition, she is a member of NCNW. She has held numerous board memberships and is sought after as a consultant surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion. 


Soror Andrea Wiley
Treasurer

Andrea Wiley is the Manager of the Real Estate Owned Department at Cenlar FSB. Andrea has been a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated since 1993. Andrea is committed to community service and in addition to being an active board member of RCCU, is also Co-Chair of Rho Chi Zeta Chapter's Retention Committee.


Soror Lavonia Page
Director & President of Rho Chi Zeta Chapter

Lavonia A. Page is a Rapid Re-Housing Stabilization Coordinator and is the current President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. She has dedicated her career to serving children, families and the homeless population in the Philadelphia and Delaware County area. A proven collaborator and decisive leader, Lavonia is honored to serve on the RCCU board and assist with its many programs providing education, community service and hope to individuals in our region and beyond.


Soror Carmella Granger
Director

Carmella Granger is a Consulting Teacher for the School District of Philadelphia. She is committed to the growth of the community. She has served as a Board Member of the Cambodian Association of Philadelphia for 7 years. Carmella is the Scholarship Chair for Franklin Learning Center High School. She has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for 30 years. Currently, she serves as a Board Member for Rho Chi Community Uplift, Incorporated.


Soror Carlesha Kyle
Director

Carlesha T. Kyle is a Collections Analyst at Independence Blue Cross Family of Companies. She is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and routinely helps families find the home of their dreams. Carlesha is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Chi Zeta Chapter, and the Order of the Eastern Star. Carlesha continues to give her time to the community service efforts of the organizations she serves, including acting as a Board Member of Rho Chi Community UPLIFT, Incorporated.
