Rho Chi Community UPLIFT, Inc. provides support for the national initiatives of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, including, but not limited to, scholarship and community service in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania—specifically the City of Chester and Delaware County, PA area.

RCCU provides Educational & Community Services by preparing all individuals with adequate resources and services as it relates to youth development, elder/older adult care, educational workshops, health care and other community programs.

We believe strong communities lies within their greatest resource – its people. RCCU aims to extend its resources throughout the community it serves. Whether it’s through scholarships, workshops, conferences, seminars caring for the needs of others or other community outreach, this organization is committed to be a charitable force within its community.
